As a founding partner of an emerging law firm, Alex is active across multiple areas, bringing both expertise and enthusiasm to fuel the business on Corporate / M&A, Banking and Finance and Commercial Law. Alex acted since 2005 on land marking M&A projects, financing, restructuring, real estate and insolvency, being part in some of the most challenging and innovative situations in a growing market and society.
