Sirma Group Holding AD (BUL:SGH) signed an agreement to acquire 51% stake in Roweb Development Srl on June 20, 2024. Upon successfully completing the acquisition process, Roweb Development SRL will officially become a member of the Sirma Group family. The transaction is subject to necessary regulatory approvals. For the period ending 2023, Roweb Development Srl reported total revenue of RON 31.12 million and EBITDA of RON 6.42 million. >>
