Having surfed the great waves and storms which marked the Romanian business market for the last 15 years, Alex has a calm and thorough knowledge of the domestic and regional legal and economic environment. As a founding partner of an emerging law firm, Alex is active across multiple areas, bringing both expertise and enthusiasm to fuel the business on Corporate / M&A, Banking and Finance and Commercial Law. Alex acted since 2005 on land marking M&A projects, financing, restructuring, real estate and insolvency, being part in some of the most challenging and innovative situations in a growing market and society. Alex graduated the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and holds an LL.M. awarded by Suffolk University Law School in Boston.
